Streamline Data journeys across multiple Frontline Health Workers

In the ever changing and unpredictable workflow of the frontline health workers, there is a immense need to rectify the exchange of information across multiple human and non human entities. It requires a reconfiguration to support its overall dynamic and distributed nature of infrastructuring work.

Probing questions:

How might we promote a more equal distribution of work spatially and temporally by assembling different elements and entities and avoid misalignments and crossboundary breakdowns?

How might their information interdependencies be eased for free and streamlined flow of data across the disparate elements?

How might we envision and design different ways to support and sustain their heterogeneous everyday work?

How might we secure their pay from the influences of socio-cultural practices in the incentive based system?

How might we use their qualities of trust and belongingness in the society to promote pregnancy care outcomes?
